Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Owner to translate business needs into a prioritized backlog for CenterWell Pharmacy capabilities.

You will define user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering and pharmacy operations to deliver digital and operational solutions that improve patient access, adherence, fulfillment, and performance. This remote role may include travel to Humana offices for training or meetings, with 40 scheduled hours per week and a base pay range

Qualifications

• 5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
• Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare domain experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlog as part of the Agile team.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Partner with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams.
• Monitor outcomes and optimize based on feedback and data.
• Potential for direct reports and leadership responsibilities.
