Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Medication Experience & Pharmacy Solutions to guide strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization of digital experiences that help members understand and maximize their prescription benefits.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Pharmacy, and Compliance to deliver measurable improvements in member engagement and cost outcomes, while mentoring other PMs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership.
• Experience owning product strategy from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, and analytics.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level narratives.
• Experience defining product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Medication Experience and Pharmacy Solutions.
• Identify opportunities through research, analytics, VOC, and stakeholder insights.
• Lead product discovery to validate problems and solutions before development.
• Develop business cases aligning investments with outcomes.
• Own product delivery end-to-end: epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, releases.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations.
• Define and manage KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous product improvements.
• Influence decisions without direct authority and mentor other PMs.
