Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Lead Product Manager for MyHumana Medication Management Experience in the United States. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery, launch, and optimization, shaping digital medication and pharmacy experiences for members.

You will collaborate across functions—Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations—to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes and scale product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Product Management experience with increasing ownership and responsibility.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, experiments, and insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for medication experience and pharmacy solutions.
• Identify opportunities through customer research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead product discovery to validate problems and potential solutions.
• Develop business cases tying product investments to measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product delivery including epics, features, and release planning.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver digital experiences.
• Establish KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation strategies to evaluate performance.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements based on evidence.
