Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience in complex enterprise technology.
• 2+ years of product leadership leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile product delivery and managing backlogs.
• Healthcare knowledge or pharmacy domain familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise pharmacy capabilities and platform services.
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead modernization across lines of business and drive API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled capabilities.
• Build governance, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, architecture, engineering, and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and report on value realization through workflow improvements and modernization outcomes.
