Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Integrations based in the United States. You will drive product strategy for priority integration initiatives, partnering with alliances to evaluate opportunities and translate ideas into viable product plans.

You will lead cross-functional execution, shape data connectivity strategies across HCM and payroll, and explore AI-enabled solutions with high business impact, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products.
• Strong knowledge of modern product management practices including strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and launches.
• Experience identifying ecosystem or partnership-driven product opportunities such as integrations or co-development.
• Ability to evaluate strategic alternatives and move initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud architectures, data ingestion/exchange patterns, and scalable data services.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy development for priority integration initiatives and identify high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Partnerships and Alliances teams to evaluate and prioritize strategic integration opportunities.
• Develop recommendations on whether solutions should be built, partnered, integrated, or co-created.
• Strengthen connectivity across priority products and contribute to a unified client experience.
• Shape strategies for scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and source systems.
• Assess ideas from partnerships and translate into viable product strategies.
• Lead discovery and execution for priority integrations with defined success metrics.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled products and workflows and assess tradeoffs.
