You will partner with inventory development and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, drive measurable improvements, and deliver clear, scalable documentation.

You will design operating models, mentor teams, and define KPIs to track impact, while embedding AI into daily workflows and enabling rapid experimentation in a remote, globally-oriented

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or operational enablement.
• Experience using AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational content at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to quantify impact.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate challenges into practical processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for emerging channels and collaborate with inventory development and cross-functional teams.
• Design, refine, and scale operating models and daily workflows for new channels.
• Build AI-powered solutions to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
• Integrate AI and automation into team workflows for scalable solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs for launch cycle time, efficiency gains, and hours saved.
• Translate operational data into insights for strategic planning and executive decisions.
• Establish frameworks for managing operational content and knowledge repositories.
• Shape content to support both humans and AI-powered systems across channels.
• Mentor and support team members to deliver complex initiatives.
