Merative is seeking a senior leader to harmonize product operations, AI-enabled PDLC, and UX design across multiple product teams. In this remote role, you’ll report to the VP, Product, and influence the entire portfolio rather than a single product.

You’ll drive cadence, governance, and measurement to ensure fast, high-quality delivery across healthcare imaging and related domains. You will lead a cross-functional organization that couples program management, data tooling, and AI-driven

Competenze

8+ years across product operations, program management, or design leadership.
Experience standardizing product development lifecycles for multiple teams.
Hands-on experience embedding AI into product discovery, build, andShip processes.
Strong program and release management with clear dependencies and risks.
Leadership in design and UX, and ownership of a design system.

Mansioni

Own operating model and cadence across product teams, planning, reviews, and metrics.
Lead program management and release management for cross-team initiatives.
Own portfolio data, tooling, and metrics for one trustworthy view.
