Job summary

Merative seeks a senior AI/ML product leader to govern the portfolio’s AI vision and roadmaps, ensure governance in the reading workflow, and drive high-leverage features from discovery to production. You will partner with radiologists, cardiologists, and the engineering/design teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will own time-to-value for AI, align with quality systems, and translate complex AI concepts into clinician-friendly narratives while balancing business impact and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including AI/ML-powered products shipped to production at scale.
• Fluency in applied AI/ML product decisions: model lifecycle, governance, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI vision and roadmap across the Merge portfolio — where AI shows up in data, workflow, and read.
• Lead AI feature delivery from discovery through launch with clinicians on their own studies.
