Job summary

Merative is modernizing its medical imaging platform and building empowered product teams that own outcomes. This role leads across Product Operations, AI enablement, and UX to provide a unified operating model that supports rapid yet high-quality product development.

You will report to the VP of Product and steward the lifecycle, data, and design system across multiple product teams while driving cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across product operations, program management, and/or design leadership

Responsibilities

• Own operating model and cadence for product development lifecycle and portfolio operations.
• Own program and release management with visibility of dependencies, risks, and progress.
• Own product toolchain and portfolio data and metrics for a single source of truth.
• Lead AI-enabled PDLC to accelerate opportunity sizing and prioritization.
• Lead and grow the UX team and evolve a coherent design system.
