Humana Inc. is seeking a Provider CRM Lead (Lead Product Manager) to define the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Provider CRM capabilities that enable a data-driven provider experience.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve provider engagement, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights for field and operations. The ideal candidate combines product management, CRM, and change leadership to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years leading CRM implementations.
• 2+ years of project leadership.
• Ability to translate priorities into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering across business, operations, technology, analytics, and digital teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate long-term CRM vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Prioritize initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for investments.
• Mentor other product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Own CRM platform capabilities including profiles, segmentation, lead management, campaign management, workflow automation, reporting and integrations.
