Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Provider Direct Connect to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of provider connectivity solutions. You will shape capabilities, drive integration standards, and partner with providers and internal teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have experience with integration-focused products, strong provider relationships, and a deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle within a SAFe environment, enabling enterprise-grade provider

Formación

8+ years of Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, Digital Products, or related experience.
Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and executing products from concept through delivery.
Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
Champion backlog refinement and prioritization to align investments with customer value and scalability.
Develop scalable integration solutions to support enterprise growth and provider engagement.
