Job summary

Block, Inc. is hiring a Staff Product Manager for the post-checkout experience, spanning food ordering and ecommerce. You will shape customer journeys from order placement to delivery and post-purchase support, partnering with design and engineering to deliver trust and repeat purchases.

You will lead strategy, prioritize work, and scale processes with AI, while maintaining a high bar for quality and usability across multiple channels and partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Consumer product judgment and scale.
• Hands-on AI prototyping and tooling.
• High taste and craft in product experiences.
• Strategy and prioritization with clear tradeoffs.
• Customer research and analytical judgment.
• Leadership across teams and collaboration.
• Experience with consumer ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and priorities for post-checkout CX.
• Bring work together across Square and external partners.
• Design and define user experiences for journeys from order to help.
• Scale through automation and AI to reduce manual work.
• Set quality bar and guide decisions with real scenarios.
• Prototype and ship improvements using AI and GitHub PRs.
• Own outcomes and measure satisfaction and repeat orders.
