URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Digital Product Team, focusing on the checkout experience. You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and partner with design, engineering, research, marketing, and operations to drive customer value and business outcomes.

This role requires strong data analysis, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in building and shipping consumer digital products with designers & engineers.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to navigate ambiguity and present a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead – drive ideation, development, and launch of digital products supporting the roadmap.
• Align – gather and align requirements across the enterprise to prioritize customer and business objectives.
• Analyze – use qualitative and quantitative data (usability studies, market analysis, A/B tests) to assess opportunities.
• Anticipate – proactively solve problems before they impact customers, business, and team.
