Job summary

URBN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Product Team, focusing on optimizing the checkout experience across URBN’s ecommerce site and apps. You will work with design, engineering, user research, marketing, and operations throughout the product lifecycle to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will tackle ambiguous projects, communicate a strong point of view, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that improve conversion and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping consumer digital products with design & engineers.
• Excellent communicator able to navigate ambiguity and share a clear point of view with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to build business cases.
• Bonus: experience with Stripe and/or PXP in payments processing.

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of digital products on your roadmap.
• Align requirements across the enterprise to prioritize customer and business objectives.
