Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, seeks a Lead Product Manager, Messaging to own the jobseeker messaging experience. You will drive product strategy, performance, and user value, partnering with engineering, data science, and compliance to deliver scalable messaging.

Based remotely in the US, you will optimize messaging types and channels, design experiments, track KPIs, and advocate for jobseeker needs while ensuring deliverability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with a record of delivering results.
• Fluency in SQL and A/B testing.
• Experience with email, push, or lifecycle messaging at scale.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the jobseeker messaging product.
• Lead optimization of the messaging portfolio and messaging types.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Design and conduct experiments to support long-term business health.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
• Ensure compliance and protect messaging deliverability.
• Advocate for jobseeker needs in messaging strategies.
