Bread Financial is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape strategy and execution for consumer-focused products. You will partner with design, engineering, and business teams to define and deliver features that improve the customer experience at scale.

You will drive roadmaps, metrics, and financials, ensuring alignment with growth objectives while mentoring teams in agile practices and best-in-class product delivery. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology preferred, with 10+ years in related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and long-term vision for a diverse set of customers.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product features using agile methodology.
• Lead feedback, metrics, and analysis to validate assumptions and guide priorities.
• Manage multiple initiatives and maintain the product backlog.
• Understand financial measures and synthesize product-related metrics.
