Bread Financial seeks a Lead Product Manager to enhance features and products, driving strategy, planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement for consumer-focused products. You will lead cross-functional teams to envision the right customer experience, execute on roadmap priorities, and scale features to support rapid growth.

The role requires a proven leader with strong agile discipline and a data-driven approach to measure product performance and business impact.

Competenze

8-10 years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology.
Experience with ecommerce or fintech is preferred.
Lending, platform, and technical-oriented PM skillset.
Experience with AI product management/merging AI capabilities.
Experience in marketing product management/campaign management.
Familiarity with marketing workflow tools and processes.

Mansioni

Define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product features using agile methodology.
Lead feedback gathering, metric definition, and analysis to validate assumptions, inform roadmap priority, and monitor product success.
Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, while maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
Understand financial measures and synthesize financial metrics around the product concepts.
