Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement operations with hands-on config/admin of major platform (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer).
• Working knowledge of spend analytics: taxonomy, supplier normalization, spend cubes, and category reporting.
• Able to balance leadership planning with hands-on system execution.
• Strong communication to translate data into recommendations for category managers and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns lifecycle of procurement systems (P2P, sourcing, contract, supplier, catalog, spend analytics).
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, and reporting; document processes.
• Run operating rhythm for cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors.
