Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel and CRM/ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands‑on development in Java, Python, or .NET.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and roadmap development for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Lead Dynamics 365 implementations with CRM/ERP integration.
• Provide hands‑on configuration and deployment support across modules.
