Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on development experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Proven leadership of Dynamics 365 implementations with a CRM/ERP portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of how MS Dynamics integrates with other enterprise components (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Organizational Analysis to identify optimization opportunities in CRM/ERP.
• Lead Team Structure planning to support Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation across Dynamics 365 modules.
• Deploy Customer Service module with multi-work centers and self-service features.
• Oversee HR and Finance module pilots and customize to client needs.
• Collaborate across client departments to ensure an integrated implementation approach.
• Design and deliver training to promote platform adoption and ongoing support.
• Drive continuous system improvement to maximize functionality and business value.
