CapTech is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 leader to guide large CRM/ERP implementations across US clients. You will craft roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Hands-on development experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non-technical audience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives.
• Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Advise on optimal organizational and team structures to support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across Dynamics 365 modules.
• Lead deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module with multiple work centers.
• Oversee pilots for HR and Finance modules, ensuring customization to client needs.
• Foster collaboration across client departments for integrated implementation approach.
• Design and deliver training sessions and ongoing user support.
