Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 leader to drive strategic planning, roadmaps, and hands-on deployment across CRM and ERP modules for clients ranging from Fortune 100 firms to government agencies.

You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and deliver training and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption, while shaping an impactful Dynamics 365 ecosystem that delivers measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Hands-on development and implementation leadership for Dynamics 365.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication, able to translate tech to non-tech stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and roadmap development for Dynamics 365 integration.
• Lead configuration and implementation across modules including Customer Service, HR, Finance.
• Collaborate with client departments to ensure unified implementation.
• Provide training and user support to maximize adoption.
• Assess system performance and drive continuous improvements.
