Job summary

CapTech is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform leader to guide enterprise deployments for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies. You will craft roadmaps, drive architecture, and provide hands-on configuration across CRM/ERP ecosystems while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 10+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, experience with CCaaS/Omnichannel, and a Dynamics 365 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Proven success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations with CRM/ERP projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management proficiency and cross-functional leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and roadmap development for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Organizational analysis to identify process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Lead team structure planning to support the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation support across Microsoft modules.
• Deploy the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module with multiple work centers.
• Foster collaboration across client departments for integrated implementation.
• Design and deliver training to drive platform adoption and ongoing support.
• Continuously assess system performance and drive improvements to maximize value.
