Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an experienced Lead PMO to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to guide toward practical solutions. The position is fully remote with a flexible schedule to support a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or analytical role.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines with project managers and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of project managers to standardize projects and adopt best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to design solutions aligned with business goals.
