Qualifications

• 6-8 years in software quality assurance or testing.
• Hands-on Playwright experience for automated test suites.
• Manual, exploratory and regression testing expertise.
• Ability to translate requirements into test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Strong Jira practice with traceability and issue linking.
• Experience leading QA on multi-phase projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and quality standards across projects.
• Perform deep manual/exploratory testing on high-change work.
• Translate requirements into concrete test plans and criteria.
• Act as technical QA point of contact with stakeholders.
• Write defect reports in Jira and verify fixes on retest.
• Mentor QA engineers in manual and automation practices.
• Assess quality risk on any project phase and propose paths.
