Job summary
Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for authenticated and unauthenticated web channels.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization.
- Experience with Web channel API integrations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage backlog for H.com/myH platform capabilities.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to release enhancements.
- Ensure data models, APIs, and workflows meet enterprise standards.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize platform performance.
