Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) across authenticated and unauthenticated web channels.

You will translate business needs into platform capabilities for Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics, leading cross-functional delivery with impact on customer engagement. You’ll own the product backlog for H.com and myH capabilities, align with enterprise roadmaps, ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer including Offers.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA or ADO to help manage business requirements and for end user story traceability.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
