Job summary

ThrivePass in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, PEO Data Services to lead a team delivering API and EDI integration solutions for PEO partners and clients. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical guidance to ensure reliable, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting EDI integrations, API-based data exchanges, or related benefits platforms.
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising a team of integration or data professionals.
• Experience in PEO, HR technology, payroll, or benefits administration industries.
• Experience with COBRA, FSA, HSA or related programs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and formats (Fixed Width, JSON, XML, EDI).
• Proven ability to improve processes through workflow optimization and capacity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple departments.
