Job summary

ThrivePass is seeking a strategic leader for the Supervisor, PEO Data Services role. You will guide a team responsible for API and EDI integrations to support ThrivePass PEO partners and clients, while driving reliability, scalability, and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have strong operations focus, experience with EDI/API tech in HR/benefits environments, and a track record of coaching high-performing teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EDI integrations, API data exchanges, or benefits platforms.
• 1+ years leading a team of integration or data professionals.
• Experience in PEO, HR tech, payroll, or benefits administration.
• Experience with employee benefit programs (COBRA, FSA, HSA, etc.).
• Knowledge of JSON/XML/EDI formats and data interchange methods.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Balance of technical and people leadership with coaching.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PEO Data Services team through onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee API and EDI integration implementations and support for ThrivePass partners and clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Implementations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, standardization, and automation.
• Maintain integration documentation, monitoring processes, and scalable procedures.
• Ensure integrations meet business requirements, client expectations, and compliance standards.
