Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Onboarding Professional to lead and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and stakeholders across the organization. You will drive governance, standards, and long-term strategies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide process improvement efforts, partnering with HR, IT, Learning, and Compliance to redesign processes, and delivering measurable improvements in user experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, process improvement, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs or strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding initiatives and govern onboarding standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements to simplify onboarding and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning, Compliance, and operations to redesign processes and implement solutions.
