Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to coordinate complex product and program initiatives across Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Channel Enablement.

The role partners with stakeholders to transform activity into structured plans, actionable communications, and transparent delivery processes. This highly visible, collaborative role brings organization, accountability, and clarity to large-scale initiatives while aligning strategic priorities and documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in program delivery, project management, product operations, or related cross-functional role.
• Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives and adoption enablement.
• Exposure to marketing operations, customer engagement, analytics workflows, and digital channel management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end program and product delivery across multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks; proactively resolve blockers.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stand-ups, and program reviews to maintain momentum.
• Serve as liaison between product teams and enablement partners for actionable execution.
• Monitor post-launch adoption metrics and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Document key decisions, trade-offs, and strategic rationale with leaders.
• Develop program artifacts and executive-ready materials for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, RAID logs, and delivery trackers.
• Translate complex program information into audience-tailored communications.
• Develop templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve delivery efficiency.
