Job summary

Humana is recruiting a Senior Process Improvement Professional to design and implement new operational processes for interoperability and medical documentation chase work. You will build processes from the ground up, define future-state workflows, and translate business needs into clear operational and system requirements.

You will work across business, product, and IT teams to stand up capabilities, improve end-to-end performance, and ensure scalable, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience designing and standing up new processes and operating models.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and stand-up of new interoperable processes and operating models.
• Develop end-to-end workflows including intake, routing, escalation, and reporting.
• Partner with business, product, and IT stakeholders to document requirements.
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements, rules, and user stories.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to define current/future-state processes and dependencies.
