Qualifications

• Experience with Vision-Language Models, Generative World Models, or foundation models in robotics.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience with commercial robotics systems.
• At least 1 year mentoring Machine Learning Engineers.
• Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch on Linux.
• Understanding of LiDAR, camera, and radar processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning models for autonomous driving.
• Utilize emerging techniques to address commercial-scale challenges in driving and simulation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers to push the boundaries of current technology.
• Define and execute effective data balancing, training experiments, and evaluation practices for large datasets.
