Qualifications

• Ability to lead technical architecture while still writing production-quality code.
• Experience with learned policies, reinforcement learning, or robot-control systems.
• Judgment about turning research ideas into reliable industrial capability.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for ML systems that drive whole-body loco-manipulation.
• Build architecture for visual reasoning, learned action policies, and RL fine-tuning.
• Mentor engineers while staying hands-on in implementation.
• Evaluate models against real industrial robot behavior and customer data.
