The role requires 8+ years in related sales/account management, 2+ years in leadership, and strong CRM/ Salesforce proficiency. Remote work is supported with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in account management, client success, sales, or business development.
• 2+ years in sales leadership with goal setting and pipeline management.
• Proven track record meeting sales goals in growth/retention models.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Advisors supporting rental partners, setting clear goals and coaching for performance.
• Develop and execute portfolio-level strategies to strengthen renewals and expand adoption.
• Use data and market insights to diagnose partner needs and inform roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics.
• Establish operating mechanisms (cadence, playbooks, metrics) for the team.
• Represent the voice of strategic rental partners in planning discussions.
