About the role

The Sales Manager leads a team that manages and grows strategic relationships with rental partners, driving renewals, portfolio performance, and multi-product expansion across priority segments. The role oversees account planning, performance insights, and cross-functional execution to deepen partner value realization and support Zillow’s Rentals business objectives.

You Will Get To:

  • Develop and execute portfolio-level account strategies that strengthen renewals, expand adoption across Zillow Rentals solutions, and grow revenue within your assigned segment.
  • Use performance data and market insights to diagnose partner needs, deliver clear recommendations, and influence partner roadmaps to improve listing quality, lead volume, and conversion outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to resolve escalations, implement enhancements, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for rental partners.
  • Establish and refine operating mechanisms (cadence, playbooks, metrics) for the business advisor team to drive consistent execution, forecast risk, and track impact against business goals.
  • Represent the voice of strategic rental partners in planning discussions, providing structured feedback and insights to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market motions, and portfolio-level initiatives.
