Morgan Stanley is seeking a Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (VP) to drive enterprise mainframe infrastructure and CICS operations. You will partner with EZ teams to optimize performance across CICSPlex environments, ensuring scalable, reliable platforms for business applications.

The role demands deep CICS/COBOL expertise, strong debugging/dump analysis skills, and effective collaboration with developers and operations. On-call readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong CICS knowledge in a CICSPlex environment with 24x7 operations.
• Deep mainframe experience including COBOL, COBOL-REXX and performance tuning.
• Experience with SMP/E, CICS parameters, SMF and performance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CICS engineering, system and software maintenance for CICSPlex environments.
• Interface with application developers and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Perform problem determination, dump analysis and performance tuning.
• Provide on-call support outside normal working hours.
