Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer specializing in Link 22 to support ground and airborne ISR and communications platforms. You will architect, configure, and test Link 22 networks, ensure interoperability with Link 16 and other tactical links, and deliver exportable configurations across programs, including SNC/SPC and LLC components.

The role requires active US Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and travel ranging from <10% during development to >50% during integration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Link 22 architecture and message standards.
• Experience with multi‑node, multi‑domain networks.
• Ability to translate customer needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Link 22 SME across architecture, design, and configuration.
• Integrate Link 22 with airborne and maritime platforms.
• Plan and execute interoperability testing in lab and field environments.
• Develop exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs.
