Leidos is seeking an IAM Cyber Engineer to lead architecture, engineering, and integration of IGA and lifecycle management across enterprise programs. You will embed secure design principles in IT solutions and collaborate with architects, engineers, and client teams to advance identity security initiatives.

The role demands deep IAM expertise, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a remote, U.S.-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, cybersecurity, or CS.
• 8+ years in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 2+ years with Active Directory and Entra AD.
• Experience with IAM governance and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols: SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth.
• MFA and PKI, OTP, and biometrics knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, integration of IGA/LCM.
• Embed secure design principles across the IT lifecycle for IAM.
• Develop solutions addressing enterprise identity and access challenges.
• Support authentication standards and evolving security frameworks.
• Serve as a technical leader across multiple programs.
• Communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
