Job summary

Astronics seeks a Data Migration Lead to own the data migration strategy for a multi‑year Dynamics 365 rollout across global sites. You will drive extraction, mapping, validation, and go‑live with cross‑functional teams and an implementation partner.

Lead data quality, design transformation logic, and coordinate tests, cutover activities, and governance across finance, operations, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on data migration experience in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and ETL logic.
• Experience leading data migration from extraction to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed migration plans and coordinate dependencies.
• Lead data extraction, analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and ETL logic.
• Collaborate with global teams and partner vendors.
• Design validation tests and data quality reconciliations.
• Create mapping docs and runbooks; oversee go-live.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering
