Job summary

Specright is seeking a Lead Developer of Integrations & Data Migration within our Professional Services Team to guide integration and data migration efforts for customer implementations. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design plans, deliver technical guidance, and ensure successful integrations across ERP, Genesis, TOPS and other systems.

The role emphasizes strong Salesforce knowledge, API-driven integration, data migration best practices, and experience leading

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience leading data migration and integration workstreams in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, integration patterns and data migration best practices.
Knowledge of the SDLC and experience working within hybrid implementation methodology.
Preferred experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain.
Customer oriented and strong at building client and project team relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead integration workstreams for client implementations integrating Specright with ERP, Genesis, TOPS and other systems.
Lead data migration workstreams for client projects handling sensitive supplier data and formulations.
Document technical requirements for integrations, APIs, custom development, and data migration.
Provide technical effort estimates, identify risks, and recommend implementation approaches.
Deliver scalable, secure integration and migration solutions for successful adoption.
