Lifetime Benefit Solutions seeks a senior manager to oversee the Reimbursement Claims Processing Team across FSA, HRA, HSA and related programs. You will manage daily operations, staffing, and performance, ensuring timely processing and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare claims processing, supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in related healthcare or reimbursement claims processing.
• Experience supervising or managing people and/or projects.
• Knowledge of IRC sections such as 105, 125, 129 related to benefit administration.
• Ability to make prudent, well-researched decisions with department impact.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization ability.
• Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) preferred; familiarity with Outlook and Word.
• PC literacy including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily activities of the claims processing team.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff; lead team meetings and development.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on workload and priorities.
• Ensure workflow, production metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and audits.
• Provide client/broker/member support as needed for special projects.
