Job summary

U.S. Financial Technology (U.S. FinTech) seeks an experienced Lead, Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our remote team. This role focuses on risk management, compliance programs, and process transformation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include leading training for Compliance and ERM, managing audits and vendor assessments, and driving initiatives with PMP methodologies and a GRC tool. A PMP and 7–8 years of experience are preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of related work experience in project management and/or risk management.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management and compliance programs.
• Direct training and outreach across the organization.
• Oversee testing and controls in line with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory requests (PwC, SOC, etc.).
• Manage projects using PMP methodologies and GRC tool implementations.
• Collaborate with ERM and Compliance teams to improve processes.
