Job summary

U.S. Financial Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Associate to support Enterprise Risk Management programs. This remote role reports to the Sr.

Director of Enterprise Risk Programs & Risk Intelligence and collaborates with multiple business units and executives to manage risk, governance, and training initiatives. The successful candidate will drive ERM projects, map processes, develop metrics, and coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and FHFA regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification preferred; familiarity with Agile mapping practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop ERM project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate ERM programs with stakeholders and report progress.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership and coordinate remediation.
• Interact with Internal Audit, Compliance, and regulators for open communication.
• Create learning materials and train on risk management best practices.
