Job summary

U.S. Financial Technology is seeking an experienced Lead, Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our team.

This fully remote, full-time role reports to the Manager, Records Management and Compliance and focuses on risk and compliance program leadership across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of PM/risk experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive process transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; excellent communicator with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead First Line Control Testing and oversee testing per enterprise standards; provide recommendations.
• Lead training program for Compliance and ERM, coordinating content and reporting for ~15 internal trainings.
• Coordinate enterprise responses to GSE Vendor Assessments, government surveys, PwC requests, and SOC requests; manage records and documentation tagging.
• Serve as Program Lead for the Company’s risk and control liaison program, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead scenario analysis exercises focused on Financial Crimes risk with management input; multiple per year.
• Act as program/project manager for Compliance/ERM initiatives and GRC tooling; develop and track plans, milestones, risks.
• Manage special projects based on departmental needs and growth opportunities.
