U.S. Financial Technology is seeking an experienced ERM professional to manage programs and initiatives aligned with PMP methodologies. You will partner with executives to monitor statuses, escalate issues, and coordinate timely resolutions across business units.

The role emphasizes serving as a risk liaison, promoting ERM priorities, and educating teams in a virtual, cross-functional environment. A background in risk and project management is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in risk management and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in risk programs or project management.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred; familiarity with Agile process mapping.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerBI; ability to work in a virtual, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ERM programs and initiatives, including process mapping and project management using PMP methodologies.
• Partner with front-line management and executives to track statuses, escalate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Serve as a risk liaison between business units and Risk Management, and champion ERM priorities through education.
