You will initiate the sales process by identifying prospects, generating leads, and building relationships that create new business opportunities nationwide. Based at our corporate headquarters, this role may be remote or hybrid. You will introduce prospective clients to our uniformed security services and integrated technology-based security

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience in security or related industries.
• Proven success generating leads, scheduling meetings, and building pipelines through outbound prospecting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods.
• Research prospective clients across multiple industries nationwide.
• Engage decision-makers to identify security needs and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM and track pipeline development.
