SafeStreets USA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert qualified leads into home security customers, and drive installations with urgency.

You’ll work in a remote or office-based environment, follow approved scripts, document activity in CRM, and strive to exceed performance goals while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, performance-driven role with base pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow structured sales processes and accept coaching.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and compliant manner
• Present home security solutions clearly and confidently to prospective customers
• Convert qualified leads into completed sales following approved scripts and processes
• Schedule customer installations with a target baseline of 10 days or fewer from sale to install
• Collect activation payments at the time of sale whenever possible (Charge Today)
• Accurately document customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
• Manage call flow efficiently to maximize talk time and sales opportunities
• Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and ongoing training
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals
