Job summary

ReminderMedia is seeking a results-driven Paid Digital Advertising specialist to lead end-to-end lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads, with AI-assisted creative. You will work remotely from Austin, TX, delivering rapid optimization and scalable templates.

You will optimize CPL and conversions, leverage Canva for quick creatives, and build AI-powered tools to boost production speed and accuracy across thousands of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising or digital marketing support
• Experience launching and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proficiency using Canva to produce ad creative
• Experience using AI tools for creative and production (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney)
• Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates
• Portfolio with digital ad work samples at time of application

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform
• Create and refine ad creative using AI tools and Canva
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues
• Test new approaches and turn winners into templates for thousands of accounts
• Use Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to build tools and automations
• Work with onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly
