Job summary

ReminderMedia is a leading marketing services provider helping over 100K small businesses grow their client base. We are scaling Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads alongside a Meta program serving thousands of clients.

You will own end-to-end lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads, including creative, in a high-volume production environment. You will leverage AI tools like Claude and Replit to automate workflows and speed up delivery, collaborating with onboarding and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid digital advertising experience.
• Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency using Canva for ad creative.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform.

About The Role

We're scaling Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads alongside a Meta advertising program that serves more than 2,000 clients. You'll build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across all three platforms and own them from end to end, including the creative. You'll work at high volume and high speed, and you'll keep finding ways to use AI to make our production faster and better.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform
• Create and refine your own ad creative using AI tools and Canva
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues
• Test new approaches and turn the winners into templates we can roll out across thousands of accounts
• Use Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to build tools and automations that increase the team's production capacity
• Work with our onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly

What You Bring

• Strong Google Ads expertise building and optimizing lead-generation campaigns, including keywords, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking
• Proven experience building and optimizing lead-generation campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• An eye for design and the ability to create strong ad creative quickly with AI tools or Canva
• Comfort working at production speed in a high-volume, structured environment while staying accurate
• A builder's mindset: when something is slow or repetitive, you build a fix instead of working around it

Strongly Preferred

• Hands-on experience building apps, automations, or workflow tools with Claude, Replit, or similar
• Real estate advertising experience
• Experience building or optimizing ChatGPT Ads or other emerging ad platforms

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support
• Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative
• Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)
• Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates
• Submission of a portfolio with digital ad work samples at the time of application
